When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Return Policy

You may return your unused product for a refund within 21 days of purchase date. You can expect a full refund on purchased items. We will credit your credit card 7 to 14 days after we receive your return. Customers are responsible for both original and return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries. For all of our international customers, Twenty 8 Degrees will not pay any international tax for orders from our website. All tax for international customers will be your responsibility.
